Rally Southland will be the third round of the 2026 New Zealand Rally Championship.

Rally Southland will be based in Invercargill, the southern-most city in New Zealand.

Rally Stages will be on a variety of challenging roads in Eastern Southland. The event also incorporates the Eastern Southland Sports Car Club Barry Robinson Memorial Rally. This event has developed out of the Wyndham Rally (started in 1997) and it's renaming to the Barry Robinson Memorial Rally in 2023. It is now one of the leading events of its type in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Invercargill Licencing Trust is a major sponsor and although the rally will be centered in eastern southland, the start and finish and accomodation will be in Invercargill.

The Eastern Southland Car Club invites all eligible Rally drivers to register and compete in this year's competition on 18 July, 2026.

The Rally will commence on Friday afternoon, 17 July 2026, with the Ceremonial Start in Esk St at approximately 5pm.

Stage 1 of 7 stages will commence from Wyndham on Saturday morning and stage 7 will finish at Ascot Park at the end of the day, 18 July 2026.

The Prize Giving will be held in conjunction with a meal in the evening at the Ascot Park Hotel.
